When I interview someone like this I feel like I’ve hit a goldmine. The worker I want will say, “I’ve read about your organization and the work you’ve started to do in the area of hack-prevention. I labored in an identical capability with IBM a few years in the past, helping them create a system that worked on the precept of entanglement concept to he lp determine and get rid of hacking.” First, COOL! My geek self is excited to learn extra about that. And second, they’ve recognized a problem I hadn’t but vocalized to them however is one thing I’m not solely keen about but also need assistance with. They learned that we’re starting to explore that area by reading about us on-line. Finally, it seems like they genuinely want to help our firm and they have the expertise to try this.
